Shipping policy

Orlena Skin ships from the United States. At this time, checkout and fulfillment are available for United States shipping addresses only. Orlena Skin does not offer international shipping at this time.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM ET are typically processed the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays are typically processed the following business day. During launches, restocks, sales, or carrier delays, processing may take longer.

Shipping rates and carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Orlena Skin may ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available domestic carrier depending on the order and destination.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout or by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text if that contact method was provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after the label is created.

Signature confirmation and insurance

Orders with a merchandise value of $250 or more may require signature confirmation. Packages may include carrier insurance when available. If tracking shows a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first and then email us so we can review the order details.

Incorrect addresses

Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orlena Skin is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, we will contact you about reshipment options.
